I have used Same Day Appliance Repair twice now, and I am pleased with the service provided. They were able to book me for an appointment the same day and the service tech was able to diagnose and repair the problem in one visit. He determined the water pump needed to be replaced after ruling out other possible issues and had the part necessary to complete the repair. He also levelled my machine and replaced some missing screws on the door at the same time. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Before he even came out, Steve gave me some great advice about the quality of different garage door opener brands, which I appreciated. He is very knowledgeable about everything to do with doors and openers. He came out the next day to install the opener and was very professional and even arrived early. He noticed something that hadn't been done correctly (or safely) on my other garage door and corrected it for me. I highly recommend Steve as an expert at what he does.
