Adam, Ben and the team at Grand Building did a great job on our main bathroom renovation. They completed the project on time and on budget, and the quality of workmanship was excellent. The work team was punctual, and they kept the site clean and laid our protective carpet to ensure no damage to floors. I would highly recommend them for any household renovation.

I needed to have tiles/grout, wool area rugs, wall-to-wall nylon carpet and a sectional microfibre sofa cleaned. Upon contacting them, Devon and team provided a virtual quote after I sent them some photos. There was great communication in advance, and a confirmation email the day before the job. Upon arriving promptly at the scheduled time, they prepared the area by placing bumpers around corners and runners on the stairs to avoid damage / soiling during the cleaning process. They also took appropriate Covid measure and volunteered to me that they were both fully vaccinated. They worked efficiently and did a great job. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them.
