We used Moore & Russell because of their Costco affiliation for a new furnace and tankless water heater. Representative came promptly to provide options and quotation, and installation was scheduled a few weeks later. Installers were courteous and worked diligently. Follow-up work was unfortunately required for a couple installation details I subsequently noted didn't comply with manufacturer requirements, but it was done promptly. A little more attention to these and other details would have been nice (e.g. exhaust pipe alignment / openings cut in ceiling, and routing of supply pipes), but installers had a lot to do in one day, and I'm admittedly a very detail-oriented engineer.

Klondike was professional and diligent in addressing multifaceted project requirements. Personnel were engaged and readily accessible through-out construction, and commencement of critical operations was facilitated as soon as practicable. We are pleased with the project outcome.
