Very satisfied with the service to fix the issue. Sherwin responded quickly to our request for help with a raccoon problem which we suspected had entered our attic. He very efficiently assessed the situation and determined that raccoons had not yet entered the attic but the inspection video clearly indicated that a raccoon was trying very hard to get in and had caused some roof damage. Sherwin provided several options as to the course of action. He covered the damaged areas to prevent further attempts by the raccoon to enter the attic and put cages over all roof vents to prevent the raccoon from trying to pull these off to enter the attic.
