I appreciate Steve's down-to-earth personality. He was very patient with me especially in giving me advice and in accommodating my suggestions. He was honest in giving his professional opinion too. Steve was punctual and professional in doing his business. He was also detail-oriented and meticulous, making sure that the job was done right. And finally, at the end of the day, Steve made a point to tidy up as much as he could and kept the construction area organized.
