In an attempt to replace the tub pop up button there was an unfortunate run in with my dad and the blow torch and my parent's tub drain was melted ( I could see the subfloor!). Carlo sent out a team to me later that afternoon and they were able to replace the drain and install a new stopper for me in a couple of hours. Christian and Leo were so friendly and professional and kept the drywall incisions to a minimum to cause the least amount of disturbance. I also truly appreciate the communication with Carlo on when they would arrive so I could arrange to be there. Thanks guys!!
