Just like previous experiences, they are professional, show up when they say they will and consistently communicate important information via text, phone and email. I previously used them for extra tiling outside my shower and a subway tile backsplash in my kitchen. I also submitted reviews about those projects. I was so impressed with their work, that I asked for them to give me a quote for completly replacing the flooring throughout my entire house with laminate flooring (approximately 1,500 square feet). After speaking about the project with the owner, he provided me a quote very quickly. The quote was very fair for the amount of work. We moved forward with the project and he started on time as promised. The project was completed in a timely matter. He was polite and professional the entire time. He never cut any corners and really focused on completing a job we were happy with. I was very impressed with him and would hire him again. King And Court Construction Inc built a 6' high solid board fence for me in my backyard and side yard. I'm extremely happy with my entire experience with King And Court Construction Inc. I communicated with the owner over email and text message about the project. He provided me with a professional quote very quickly and was extremely patient with me as I dealt with trying to get my neighbours on board with the project. He was also quick to adapt the quote based on our request for a change in the style of fence. Once we decided to go ahead with the project, he set a projected start date and started right on time. He communicated effectively the entire time and always kept me in the loop about the progress of the project. He made sure that I was happy with the project, and completed everything in a timely fashion and while staying on budget. He was polite and professional the entire time and kept our property as clean as possible during the project, and then cleaned up more when they were done. I found the owner to be very honest and trustworthy. I would definitely hire King And Court Construction Inc again for another project. Very happy with this experience!

I received their contact information from a friend who used them for concrete work at their house. I emailed the owner and I asked for them to give me a quote for completing the project. The project involved a cement walkway going down the side of my house between my driveway and my basement side entrance, and a 20 feet by 14 feet cement pad in the backyard for an eventual shed and hot tub. After communicating back and forth about the project with the owner, he came out to take a look and provided me with a quote very quickly. The quote was very fair for the amount of work. They also include drawings in their quotes and take care of submitting all necessary information for permits. I previously used Cellucci Shantz Group Ltd for a large screened in porch and deck project in my backyard. I also submitted a review about that project. I was so impressed with their work, that I asked for them to give me a quote for finishing my basement. After speaking about the project with a co-owner, he provided me a formal written quote over email very quickly. The quote was very fair for the amount of work. We moved forward with the project and they started on time as promised. The other Co-owner and his crew completed construction in a timely matter.
