Great communication, solid and competitive quote through to extremely diligent and professional work crew, these guys are top notch. We looked for and got quotes from numerous companies to remove an entire line of old cedars and numerous other trees and shrubs. Riley's quote was detailed and clear which made choosing Elite Tree much easier given some of the more vague quotes that we received. The guys who came to do the work were simply outstanding. Prompt, on time and hard working, they put in a lot of effort to make sure the yard was done to spec and more. The quality of the work, including a lot of stump grinding was exactly what we needed for fence installation and exactly what was promised. Elite Tree is highly recommended.

Reiner was a huge benefit for our large scale home reno (addition for my in-laws and complete interior remodel.) We've waited to post a review to see how the project was after wear and tear of family life, and we couldn't be happier. He was organized and responsive which helped us as first time renovators navigate the process. Reiner is critical at the front end in getting drawings done, designers selected and finally choosing a GC. He has groups of each to choose from and cut down on some leg work which was great. Reiner was also key to getting approvals with the city (no small task.) As the project progressed Reiner showed his worth by providing remedies to a few unexpected issues (a staircase that needed to move) that saved us a good deal of money. He has a great deal of experience and knowledge which is a huge plus for you as he is your asset and ally. He made a huge job manageable and far less of a headache than it certainly could have been. I would and have recommended Reiner/ Reno Coach to colleagues and friends. It was great to work with him.

Jay started out better than other GC's interviewed with a far more detailed and realistic quote (not the kind that leaves key items out to surprise you later.) We were much more satisfied with the thought that he put into our project from the beginning given that we were all but knocking the house down and gutting it (large addition with complete interior remodel). Jay was good to communicate with throughout the project and came up with several ideas to improve on the original design. He was also a good team player when collaborating with our designer and manager. We have waited a year to post this review so that we could live with the results and see how they hold up. We couldn't be happier. For such a big project he made sure that he was here to manage his team and ensure the results were high quality. I would highly recommend Jay and JH to people (and have.)

We finished our reno approximately one year ago and have had some time to live with our purchases and see how they would hold up to normal family life. Frankly everything is outstanding. Going back to the beginning, Dave is the man to talk to (even thought the staff are all very friendly and helpful). Dave knows his inventory and listens when you set parameters on your needs/wants in order to put together a package that works for you. We equipped three bathrooms and the kitchen island sink/faucet from York Taps and are very happy with everything. There was one piece (a vanity backsplash) that arrived broken, but Dave sorted out the issue and in a short time had it replaced. The selection of products was exactly what we were looking for, the prices were definitely competitive and the service was great (including email follow-ups). They were great to work with and definitely recommended.
