New central air condition only worked for 4 years and no after sale service.
My a/c system stopped blowing cold air after 4 years of ownership. After checking and recharging the system twice, charging me both times, I was told the issue "will be like finding and needle in a hay stack". There was zero concern for me as their customer and the fact that the system they sold and installed for me should last much longer than four years. I now have a very expensive lawn ornament thanks to Vigor.

Thank you for your review. We do offer 1 year labor on all installs which is industry standard, however your unit was out of warranty. We did offer to find and repair the leak, however it does take time and we do have to charge for that so you chose to recharge the system as it was the most cost efficient option.
