Wally Sangster and his team came in and identified the problem right away. The concrete blocks removed by the previous owner to make way for a staircase into the basement from the garage were letting in water during heavy reins. They pulled back the drywall, sealed the concrete blocks from the inside (entrance from the garage into the basement) and everything has been nice and dry ever since. Wally explained everything as the work progressed and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards.

Mayer always completed the job on time, as per his quote, never cut corners, cleaned up when done and I always knew his electrical work was safe, efficient and neat. His recommendations were generally "smarter" than what I wanted and the job was better when he was finished. On top of all that - He's a really nice guy!
