Rohan and his colleague were very professional. They did an excellent job of cleaning the ducts and provided unbiased recommendation for any additional services that they offer. They were respectful and not pushing to make a sale. Rohan also provided advice on how to maintain the humidifier and the HRV system to ensure they are running smoothly. Overall I am very satisfied with the level of service provided and quality of the work completed.
