Quality work done by subcontractors hired to do aspects of renovation. Work done by LA employees sub par. They convinced us to pay the remaining balance owed although there were "deficiences" that needed to be attended to. It's been 6 months and the deficiencies have not been addressed. Save your self the stress...hire someone else.
