We had our roof shingles replaced by Star Moon Roofing yesterday, September 3, 2020. I sent a text to get a quote from Star Moon Roofing and I got a response from Joyce in within a couple of minutes. Joyce and her husband Li came over the next day, did a thorough visual inspection at the roof, showed me photos of a few problems up there, measured the area, and gave me the quote right there. Joyce showed me all the details of the work to be done, the choices of shingles and its cost, choice of additional material cost, warranties, samples of different brand shingles, etc., she had everything written and was very clear. Joyce confirmed with me the day before the scheduled work. Li and his crew: Jie, Wei and Yang were punctual. They worked hard and diligently. The job site was kept very clean and when they were all done, they did a great job cleaning up everywhere. The gutters were cleaned and they even used a dust blower on the roof to dust-off the shingles. Li showed me photos of the finished work on the roof. Amazing job! It rained last night and for the first time in the last couple of years, I had a peace of mind, I was not worried about shingles flying off the roof, plywood getting wet or possible leaking somewhere in the ceiling because I was confident of the team's work. Overall, we are very impressed, happy and satisfied with Joyce friendly, quick response, patience, honesty, knowledge and organization; her husband Li, Jie, Wei and Yang for their exceptional work. The team were very respectful, courteous, reliable, attentive and professional. Great professional job all around. A great job from start to finish!
