We really enjoyed working with you. That sinking feeling you get when your computer stops doing what it is supposed to do is awful. We discovered your computer was badly infected with viruses and malware. We successfully removed these nasty viruses and set you up on a very good anti virus program. And as we discussed again this morning, back up is essential for everyone,especially a small business.
