We recently hired Russ to conduct a pre-sale home inspection on our existing home. We were very impressed with how thorough he was and the approach he took to help educate us about our home. We were so pleased that we also had Russ complete the home inspection on our new home. The pre-sale home inspection was integral in supporting the sale of our home as it gave the new buyer confidence in the purchase and when they conducted their own inspection there were no additional issues identified.
