Post Fire Inspection, Peace of mind
We had dryer vent cleaned post upgrades in Nov 2019, a dryer fire in May , 2020. Restoration company hired furnace, duct and dryer vent cleaning. Report indicated dryer vent inspected and cleaning not needed. We requested contractor to have the dryer vent rechecked, and were ignored. On preparation to move back to our home, the first time using our brand new dryer, within 15 min the flow sensor alert came on, dryer stopped and you could smell smoke. We called the Dryer vent wizard and this was the best decision. James was able to fit us into the end of his work day. He did a thorough inspection and made recommendations. Our dryer vent was dirty and clogged and the exterior venting was plugged. James cleaned and repaired our dryer vent system immediately! I wouldn’t hire anyone else, James was responsive, professional, excellent quality of work, and gave us peace of mind returning to our home.
