Needed replacement pane, wanted to hire professional but all in area, not working due to COVID. Decided to replace pane myself. Ordered using online scheme without problem, but had problem knowing how to match my window the best, so phoned Panes for assistance. They provided the information I needed around what type version of coating to get which ended up matching my specific needs. They were helpful. No Delivery option available so had to drive to the factory to pick it up. The pickup went smoothly, provided help to load the window into my station wagon, and subseqent self installation went OK. Glass double pane was good value, as described, and ready on time. I would recommend the company as a good source for replacement panes. Only room for improvement would be ability to have delivery option.
