I needed new vents installed on the roof for the exhaust fan installation. The bathrooms did not have fans before. I contacted Leo, he gave me a reasonable quote, showed up on time, and diligently completed the work. The first cut he made on the roof had a beam below so he had to patch and cut another one. He patched the first one and also patched roof near my chimney (even without me knowing or asking). He takes pride in his work. He took pictures to show the completed work. I would highly recommend him.

I needed to get two garage door openers installed. One was a new opener other one was existing opener but moving from one door to another. John was quick to respond, gave me VERY reasonable quote, and got me scheduled fairly quickly. The quality of his work is just amazing. Previous owner had installed the door by himself, which I suspected but wasn't sure. After John was done installing the openers, the difference was day and night. He explained how he was planning to do it, worked fast and finished fairly quickly. He also had to put in this own wiring as the doors I had purchased had faulty wiring. He did not charge me extra for wiring either. Quality work, on time, and reasonably priced! Highly Recommended.

Hired Brothers Flooring after meeting and talking with multiple contractors. The quote was competitive, straightforward, and quick. Brothers flooring was able to fit my job in the timing I was looking for and that was really important for me as was the quality of work. They were able to source product for flooring as well in a timely manner. What I did not realize at the beginning was how bad the condition of the existing stairs were but nothing deterred these guys, they always had a smile on the face and a solution at hand without much cost overruns. They worked long hours each day (8AM to 8PM) to finish the project on time. All through the reno they kept me up to date on the progress, showed me stains prior to finalizing and explained the reno in detail. I felt very much in control of the process without getting overwhelmed. We have already hired them for the next reno job that we could not fit in our original timeframe. Faddy, George, Fahad and Alex, thanks for all your hard work!! The floors and stairs look great.
