This review is a warning to customers who have to deal with Callum (the owner), when it comes to damaged property as a result of his services. I trusted Callum when he assured me of fixing damage caused to my property as a result of his service (both on the phone and when he came to my home to talk about it). I did not get this confirmation in writing, and instead got an email the next morning from him attacking my character after he already offered to fix the damage to my property. I cannot, in good conscience, give a bad rating for the actual lawn care service his team provided initially – the last time they worked on our lawn, either they did not notice the damage they caused or chose to hide it from me, because they did not warn me about this before leaving. My review is only for the experience I had in dealing with Callum, which unfortunately completely over-shadows the 2 months of good service that we had previously. As someone who wants to support young, local entrepreneurs, this was such a disappointing experience – I did not expect such immaturity from Callum when I first interacted with him.
