Thanks to Scott and, especially, Tony for the superb service with our "noise in the wall" mystery. An inspection was scheduled within a day of my call. Tony did an extraordinarily thorough job, checking out both levels of the complete roof, even though the noise was coming from one particular area. Not finding a definitive answer on the first visit, Tony placed an indicator (peanut butter) in the attic and then returned a few days later to check and did another roof inspection. Both his visits happened on the hottest, most humid days of the summer (I felt awful for him up on the roof!) but his attention to the problem was unfazed by the heat. It was determined that mice, not larger critters, are the culprits so we are pursuing service accordingly. I asked Tony if he preferred I pay with credit card or a cheque and, to my great surprise, he said there was no cost for the 2 visits. Liddle Rascals' customer service is truly exemplary.
