Since the beginning they have not been honest. They are deceptive and delaying action especially in response to a request of getting an ETA on our order. They tell you they will call you back and they don’t. They wait to fill up their order skid before the ship anything else. So they make you wait for your product even if it's ready. They tell you everything and anything you want to hear. No accountability whatsoever. We made an order in December 2019 and we are still waiting on items. WORST TRADE SUPPLIER WE’VE EVER DEALT WITH FOR BUILDING OUR HOME. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE USE BOONE/MONDEAU. BEWARE! We bought from another company and never got any issues.
