I purchased an AC unit and Tempmiser Hi Velocity furnace installed and everything worked for 2.5 yrs even though the Tech seemed unsure of what he was doing. Then my Hi Velocity furnace stopped working. Called Terry and he came to look at it and told me the mother board was not working. Tempmiser warranty was only a year. Terry stopped taking my calls and literally left me with no furnace. So I went to Another company and got a Max Air unit and I have never had a problem. Encourage you to work with another company that stands by their products.
