Bought a patio door from Pella almost two years ago and we have had nothing but troubles with it, when we bought it we told the salesman Rob that we wanted a good energy efficient door and he assured us that this door was the best they had. The door has iced up all around it both winters now, Pella came out and put a cheap weather strip around it and it did nothing. The last time we called they told me there nothing more they could do and told me to buy a fan and point it at the door to keep the frost away( it didn’t work). We have asked for our money back because the door is not performing as it is suppose to, I will never buy from them again.
