I am a superintendent at a condo. We use York Reno Pro here for all of our general contracting needs. I was first introduced to Cosmin, the owner, at a different building I previously worked. At the time a property manager suggested using him with very high praise since we were having trouble with our current general contractor. The current guy at the time had been into the same unit to complete a repair over 6 times and was not able to satisfy the unit owner. I decided to have York Reno Pro give it a shot and have never looked back since. He provided amazing work, beautiful finishing and was very professional. He was so good that after I moved to work in another condo I convinced the property manager there that he was the one to call for our GC needs and he is currently our go to guy. His work is top notch, his prices are very reasonable and he is such a pleasure to work with. Whenever I get asked by residents that need renovations done I always recommend York and always get thanked afterwards by the people that use him. He is knowledgeable in all things and I often call him when I need advice on how to do things and he always has the right answer for me. I have also had him complete a basement reno and separate entrance at my mother's house which was marvelously done. Cosmin is someone that I can trust, depend on and count on to tell me the truth and he always goes above and beyond. His crew are very hard workers and respect him very much also and it shows. In my profession I have had experience with many trades people and guys like Cosmin and York Reno Pro are very hard to come by.
