I had ordered wonderful carpet from actionflooring, but my pet cats had ruined the flooring with stains and odour, i have had proffesional cleaning and even an enzyme treatment done! i just can not get rid of the odour! i stoped by action flooing one day hopeing that they could help me and the service was just unbelievable! they recomended a special product that they sold to me that day and offered to help with anything else i needed. they were fantastic and actionflooring is very reliable. i trust them greatly and will always recomend them to anyone .
