I purchased a pendant and I liked it, so I ordered a second one. The second one arrived with different hardware (screw eyes and chain link) I contacted the company and sent many pictures of the two pendants and the difference. I asked for a new pendant be sent to match one of the pendants. 3 plus weeks later and I'm still getting the run around as too when this pendant is being shipped out. Just spoke with a very rude employee who told me he did me a favor looking into this and he is very busy. I am disgusted with this company and will never recommend or deal with them again!
