I had a badly clogged toilet downstairs which overflowed and I called Vaillancourt plumbing. They can the same day! Dave and Alex were sent over. They were very thorough and polite, and very nice guys. They pinpointed the problem with the camera, and told me the problem, and showed me on the monitor. I was very happy to have it cleared. I have since requested them back to fix the pipes next week. Thank you to everyone at Vaillancourt plumbing! Brenda A
