My renter left my high end condo an absolute wreck. Read the reviews of Royas online and scheduled. First, Kia was extremely professional and prompt. Prices very reasonable for a two hour, two man job for a 1100 sq ft of carpet. They could not get one small spot due to the chemical spilled by the renter. Otherwise, they were professional, prompt and easy to work with. I highly recommend Royas company. They saved me from replacing the condo's carpet.
