Mariano from Level It Foundation came to give me a quote to repair a crack in the foundation of my home. I was immediately impressed with him. He was thorough and patient with me and very kind. Booking was easy and Mariano and Colin arrived exactly when they said they would. They repaired the crack and left the laundry room in better shape than when they arrived. He even put the machines back for me (including vacuuming out the lint trap on my dryer!). I had two spots on the outside stucco that had fallen away, and he even repaired those for me (which was above and beyond) and was greatly appreciated. The foundation repair looks neat and tidy but I honestly can’t speak to that as I have no clue what he did. The fact that water does not come into the basement any more would indicate that whatever he did is working, and it no longer smells damp in the basement. Highly recommend this company.
