Amazing service from start to finish. Spoke with Scott who gave a detailed estimate based on my description of my junk. He gave me his best estimate plus a possible high end. We set the appointment and discussed payment. John calls day of as Scott said he would. Estimated arrival time. Arrived on time but had trouble with the scale. It wasn't recording weight. They tried to fix it and I was worried they would come back another day. Instead they agreed to charge me the minimum amount. I was ecstatic. Not only did I get all my junk moved quickly, I was able to add more items on top. Quick, respectful, wearing masks, professional. I couldn't be happier
