I am writing to share with you how happy and satisfied my wife and I are with the wonderful and professional work that your boys did at our home. The waterproofer.ca is a great company that offers integrity and high quality work. Many today run into bad contractors that do terrible work and do not care about their customer...this is what I went through unfortunately...what a horrible nightmare we had to endure. We received a fly by night job and they cut every possible corner in order to put more money in their pocket...when they were done, water was still coming into our home and they were not willing to correct their deficiencies. What an unprofessional and non caring company we had to deal with. After my thorough investigation on the internet, I found the waterproofer.ca and I was pleased to see all the nice testimonials that were on the site. I made a call, Stephen came over to see me and he left a fine impression on me. The crew soon came over and started the work...from day to day I observed their fine, professional work and I was so happy to see that all was being corrected. After the job was completed it looked very neet and totally professional. Every time it rains I flash my light on the walls and notice that not a drop of water is coming into my home...the waterproofer.ca knows how to resolve water entry issues. If you are having water issues at your home...the waterproofer.ca is the company you should hire to insure that will have a dry basement which is the start of a healthy home. Thank you Stephen for putting closure on our nightmare :-)...you guys are the best !

JK Brickworks has no business doing waterproofing... The owner is a dishonest person who does not care about his customer. He is not a business person and is totaly unprofessional. I had many quotes for this job that were more than double what he charged me...he claimed that if I hire him to do the job I will never get another drop of water in my basement ever again...wrong ! ...water is still entering into basement. I was under charged and under serviced. His excuse was that water was entering from the floor and he insists that he did a great job and his wife got involved too also claiming that her husband did a great job. His wife started the deceiving process by telling me that her husband does great work...and she put together a contract that was vague and lacking all the important details which is what a contract should show. What a disaster these two caused us...they damaged my mainhouse cleanout and John denies he did it. What an unprofessional guy including his wife. I do not know what other work these two offer...I would never, ever, ever hire them for any service due to their lack of INTEGRITY and HONESTY. Besides the vague contract there were also verbal agreements which were not honored. They do not belong in business because they are not people persons. If you are a people person then your goal is to take care of your client. TAKE JK BRICKWORKS OFF YOUR LIST !!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! DISHONEST!! Also, a recent investigation was done on the waterproofing by an engineering firm that pointed out many deficiencies that were not in line with building codes. They requested an official report...I provided it...they stated that they would repair any found deficiencies and they are not honoring their word. What a nightmare !
