We initially contacted John because he is local and has excellent reviews here. Great communication from the start. He came over promptly for an estimate and gave us good advice on what flooring material to pick up ahead of time. He showed up as scheduled for the job, which involved removing the toilet and baseboards, replacing the flange, trimming and installing the vinyl tiles, installing new baseboards, silicone caulking, painting the baseboards and trim, and reinstalling the toilet. He provided all the materials (except the tiles which we selected and bought), and cleaned everything up when he was finished. The whole job was done in a day, and looks great. Were very satisfied, and will be contacting him again for future jobs. Highly recommended.

In August we called 4 companies with good ratings on Homestars. 3 of them replied and we made arrangements for an estimate for 4 windows, a sliding door and a bay window. While all 3 representatives were prompt, professional and very prepared, Alex from Global gave us the best price and seemed to be the most experienced, so we chose Global. A few days later one of his staff came by to take more precise measurements, again, precisely on time and very professional. We set up a date for installation in late September. Tony and Vasil showed up, on time, and completed the job in a day, including installation, caulking and cleanup. The quality of the product is excellent and the workmanship looks as good as it could be. We haven't had any extreme heat or cold yet, but from the quietness compared to our old windows, I'm sure we will be very happy with their work. Highly recommended. Thanks Alex and your crew.

I contacted Maxima Aluminum in mid April 2012 for an estimate to replace my eaves and soffits. Gennady showed up right on time, took measurements, made some suggestions for improvements to the existing system, and produced an estimate on the spot. His price was considerably lower than one other company I had called, so a few days later I gave him the go-ahead. His 3-man work crew showed up on the first available day the weather allowed them to work. They worked almost non-stop, putting in a 10-hour day and completed the job the same day, including removal of the old materials and a cleanup of the work area. The crew was very professional, friendly and polite. A couple of days later, Gennady came by to inspect the work and found a few minor problems which I hadn't even noticed, and he sent his crew over the next day to do the touchups. We had a major rainstorm 2 days ago, and the system worked perfectly - no leaks, and excellent drainage. Highly recommended.
