Our hot water tank was leaking. We called the company and they sent a technician that same day. The Technician, Wandy, was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful with choosing the proper replacement unit. We are seniors and he offered a seniors discount, we did not even have to ask. Wandy was so great as he prepared to empty existing tank, keep the work area very clean and ensured all residue of water was cleaned up. He cleaned up before leaving and you would never know he had been there.
