I live in a semi-detached and so share a driveway. I arranged to do the driveways of both homes; however, through a mix-up on my side, only my half was done and not my neighbours. I called Sebastian and let him know. He said he'd said a crew out the next day to get the other side done at the agreed price without any arguing or blaming. It was a pleasure dealing with them and they did a quality job. They did a great job and were a pleasure to deal with.
