Excellent..except.. for the non-negotiable $200 travel fee that was originally said to $100 and would be waived if an order was placed but the day of measurement was then doubled and was nonnegotiable.

It was explained on your initial call and in the receipt that we do charge a $200 travel fee to Vaughn for installation services that is put on your final bill. This is standard and non-negotiable. We also explained if we came to you and you decided not to go ahead with the services we would charge $100 for a travel fee, as Vaughn is outside the radius for our free quotes. You agreed to this which is why we went ahead. On the initial visit for the quote we did in fact waive this travel fee since you went ahead with an installation. The payment you made was a deposit towards the garage door. We are very sorry if there a misunderstanding however we did explain our pricing structure upfront before you agreed to the service.
