Connected with MAGNOLIA (Joey) after having a horrendous experience hiring another company. Magnolia listened to my requirements and design ideas from the start. I’m an extremely meticulous person with a great attention to detail (which isn’t always great for contractors)... in this case I was able to take a step back once the design was created. My home/bathroom was cleaned after each build day... mess removed. I have your children so this was a very important factor for me safety wise. I made small additions to my design and his designer/builder were able to accommodate my changes at a minimal extra fee. I was always able to reach Joey (the owner) to answer any and all of my question. My previous contractor was making excuses and not showing up. I always knew when to expect the guys from magnolia and they actually finished before anticipated. Great experience and great company. I will use magnolia for all my home construction/design needs! I highly recommended this company. Thank you again for a job VERY WELL DONE AND A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.... *not to mention the amazing home made lasagna I received when the project was completed from joey !! Delicious and what a way to thank clients!
