I have been doing business with Titans for about 6 years. They first started putting up my Christmas lights. Their workmanship, respect for my property and customer service was impeccable compared to other contractors I had used in the past. When a wind/rain storm damaged my roof rather badly, I had no reservations in calling Titans and asking them to repair it. Again, their service was oustanding and Shawn recommended the repair rather than replacing the whole roof, which was still in good condition. In October 2011, I called in 4 roofing companies to give me quotes to replace my old roof. All the homes on my street have also had their roofs replaced over the past 3 years. In total, 3 different roofing companies have been on our street and I did not call one of them. Out of the 4 companies that I did call, Shawn was the only one who was on time, knew exactly what was going to be done, was very knowledgeable about the product he uses, as well as other products he does not use and the reasons why he doesn't use them, answered all my questions in a concerned and caring manner and was genuinely interested in my concerns and the job at hand rather than just trying to make a quick sale. His employees are extremely professional and behaved in a very respectful manner while they were on my property. They were quiet, neat and tidy. My neighbours commented on the fact that they heard no bad language at all and the property was clean even while they were working. The quote was extremely reasonable and there were no hidden surprises. The new roof is fabulous and the crew showed a great deal of pride in their workmanship. Titans office personnel are also extremely efficient and friendly. Messages are answered without delay and questions are answered in a knowledgeable manner. When the downspout started leaking, I turned to Titans for help and they took care of it in a timely manner. This is a company I have absolutely no problem in recommending at all. They are geared towards an extremely high standard of workmanship, prompt and excellent after-sales service and superior customer satisfaction. All of their employees are very proud of the work they do and want to maintain Titans high standard. Well done and many, many thanks for all your help. It has been a pleasure doing business with you. - Not much. They are extremely customer conscious, their after sales service is outstanding and the quality of their work is impeccable. I hope this company continues to grow and succeed.

- Yes---Titans is not the cheapest or most expensive quote but their work ethic, quality of workmanship, customer relations and after-sales service provide an excellent and very rewarding experience. If you want a hassle-free, superior job done,get Titans to do it!
