Might be OK for easy commercial grade job but not high-end residential. Lacks business acumen and professionalism, doesn't take accountability for errors and doesn't understand customer service. At this stage I would not recommend. Will opt for excuses and blaming customer rather than taking accountability for their own reputation and service. Offered Stars Taping a great solution and financial offer to make problem disappear when repair was not done to standard on drywall repair to ceiling. Stars Taping and Kevin appear to lack professionalism, maturity and the business sense to address conflict and challenges when they arise. Issues will always arise but it's how you deal with them the counts in the end. He's comfortable with other people paying for his mistakes is the bottom line. If you're looking for contractor that will take responsibility for errors and omissions, Stars Taping are not the company for you.

Jeff and the team did a decent job on the garden at short notice. Follow up is not there, asked Jeff politely to stop by and review plants/trees that he had supplied and planted that had not made it in year 1. Simply to agree that unfortunately through no fault of anyone had not survived and plant new ones. When working directly with nursery they have come by promptly and replaced. Jeff ignores you, states he will come by and then doesn’t. Can’t recommend until Rock Rose follow up, which is unfortunate. Update - Jeff came good in the end and showed he is decent man and stands by his service. Thanks Jeff
