Emergency purchase and install of central A/C unit
Joseph was very responsive in providing a central A/C unit when we needed the most. He replied right away and responded to my calls promptly. He was available every time I had questions. Once I confirmed purchase, he setup install within 2 days. He dispatched the installers to come in at 6 pm and work late. This is very appreciated. The installers, Li Sufu and his helper, worked very hard to get this done on time. They encountered challenges, but never complained. They worked late till 10 pm to finish the job. They were very professional, courteous and had a great attitude. They removed the old unit, cleaned up the place thoroughly before leaving. Now, the A/C unit works really well.
