Hi did everything with class, responsiveness, creativity, cleanliness and speed. He always answers texts within an hour or three. He is intent on doing the job you want him to do. He solved one problem that I and two other contractors tried to solve over two years. I had seven jobs and he did them in five hours!

We were doing a reno in the basement bathroom and when we removed a wall covering (plaster & lathe) we found that several weight bearing support posts were completely water damaged. We brought in an engineer to get his opinion and then we hunted around for days to find someone who could come to do this relatively small (but to us critically important) job. Nobody was free or willing to do it. Daniel understand our urgent needs and agreed to come himself to rebuild our support wall. He was a delight to deal with. He was a man of his word on every matter and did the job when he said he would. He cleared away all of the garbage and left a very clean job site when he was done. Plus he followed up later with some suggestions about how we could properly strap the basement wall within the bathroom. Daniel took a great weight off our shoulders and we're very grateful to him.
