In June 2020 Vinyl Window Pro replaced several windows in our home. The work was friendly and professional. They have the feel of a small business but the professional standards and processes of a large business. They had previously replaced one large window and our back door in 2019. We were very satisfied with the installation. The seal of the back door is amazing. There was an issue with the tint in the window that we noticed during the winter. They replaced the window under warranty without any issues. Based on the effortless warranty replacement, we replaced several more windows. I highly recommend their 3 pane windows. Not only is there a noticeable difference in heat / cold efficiency, but there is absolute silence when the windows are closed.
