Reimagine Builders Recently we completed an unfinished basement project in our new home. We wanted to maintain the look and feel of the rest of the house, as if the original builder had completed the basement. We noticed that several neighbours had Reimagine Builders signs on their lawns. After speaking with them and having a tour of their finished projects and their level of satisfaction we decided to contact ReImagine. Having acted as general contractor on several projects as well as renovations to previous homes, we were most impressed with the quality and attention to detail from this building, including their terms of payments, scheduling and penalty clauses for late completion. The entire process from start to finish was flawless! All of the staff, from estimator, project coordinators, on site managers and all the sub trades, listen to our requirements, were enthusiastic, knowledgeable, on schedule and seamless moving from one job to the next. When two different city inspectors come in and see who the company managing the project and the associated trades are, these guys know what they are doing, unlike others in the business, you will be happy with your project when completed! I had a corner seam on my gutter that separated and was leaking into the gutters below. I contacted several companies, including one that did the install 14 years ago on our new house, but they all said we don’t do repairs (really then why do you advertise that you do!). Abraham, was quick to respond within a couple of hours of placing a call. We had to reschedule several times due to heavy rains, but as soon as the sun shined he was texting me with a time.
