We obtained 3 quotes on this job - GoldHill was the lowest, and Scott was the ONLY one to explain why additional materials were included on the quote (they are required by code). GoldHill was also the only company to point out (and include a special membrane application) for a flat section of the roof (which I didn't know was there). They also were the only company to include aerial photos of the roof with the quote (and again after completion of the project). They did the job when promised and made almost no mess - cleaning up everything before leaving. I can't say enough about how pleased I am.
