My ac stopped working a few days ago as the pipes froze as well as the coil. I called and spoke to Jason, he gave me a few steps to follow, but this proved my AC needed to be fixed. He was very prompt at meeting me, understood what we needed and actually took the time to explain everything. We settled on a specific unit, the next day they were here replacing my AC, adjusted the furnace for better air flow, treated me and the family with great respect. All around this was a very painless process and i want to thank Jay and the team for working hard to keep me and the family cool.
