Alex & his partner were incredibly professional and caring. We had quite a few surprises come up with our renovations and Alex was extremely responsive, flexible and made many visits and phone calls demonstrating his genuine concern with the quality of his work and satisfaction for Customer care. We required rough-in piping, valve repair, laundry supply, and multiple appliance hookups included for this job. He was available to respond to ALL questions, and we really valued that peace of mind. Everything turned out great. He even offers warranty on his parts! Thank you for everything!!

Vito & his partner did an amazing job with the relocation of our kitchen window. He willingly came to the home to provide a quote and review the brochure with us and provided us with a very reasonable quote price and accommodated our very tight timeframe.
