Poor Installation / Poor Customer Service.
Had his brothers company come out to install some pot lights in my house. 1 light is not flush, they drilled too much and left a gap, only when i pointed it out would they even look to patch it (as best they could) the dimmer used doesn't even dim passed 60%. When I asked for more then one dimmer option to compare- I was told this is the only dimmer they use, no other clients has an issue with it. Never in my dreams did i expect the lowest setting on the slider to not even dim to 10-20%. My options are High or medium. Not impressed at all...especially when this could have been easily tested for and corrected with some compatible dimmer research. They want to charge me another fee to correct something they never provided to begin with....

after one month job had done you called us asking to replace dimmer switch for free just you want more dim. we can't carry different options for customer. we are not store we are electrician. for few hundred dollars job you asked lot of informal and took our time to get all information and we provided all information before then you accept us to do your job.
I don't understand some people want free service then if you don't write bad review.
