We have dealt with many painters over the years and award 5 stars to Valley Rock as they do stand out. His estimate is very detailed so you know exactly where the cost is coming from and can adjust if need be (we did not make any changes as we agreed with Jonah's assessment of work needed in each location). Valley Rock was here on time, uses top quality Sherwin Williams paint, pays attention to detail (and that matters as we have an older home), does a full clean up every day, and finished the job on time. The work is great--neat edges, very smooth on doors, etc. I found the price fair, and the bill matched the quote exactly except for 2 items I added after work started and they were billed as agreed. I do not expect to need the warranty, but at 7 years it is excellent. The annual touch ups are a nice extra. All in all, a good experience.
