My dryer was working but not heating anymore so I scheduled next day appointment with Dimitri. He arrived on time, disassembled the dryer and quickly diagnosed the problem which as I suspected was the heating element. He replaced the part, checked the operation to make sure the new heater works. He also recommended some maintenance to prevent this problem in the future.
