Ordered Trex decking and other associated decking material on May 14 online. Website promised May 19 - 21 delivery. Nothing but a hassle ever since. On June 10 received notice the wood in my ordered was cancelled. Why? I didn’t cancel it. On June 12 some of the order was delivered. I went to the store and bought the wood I need. Am still waiting for the rest now is June 25. Local store says nothing they can do. Phoned customer support line 5 times and waited between 1 and 1.5 hrs to talk to someone. They don’t have any answers. Ask for a manager to contact me. Still waiting. I’m told they are overwhelmed with orders due to COVID-19. Doesn’t excuse why no one can get back to me with some answers. I am very disappointed.
