Aaron inspected two homes for me - the first was newly renovated and cosmetically looked very good, but after Aaron started noticing small signs of cutting corners these led to larger issues (hiding of water damage and mold in the basement, poor workmanship on furnace room and hot water heater, etc.) and I ultimately decided not to purchase the home because of his very thorough review. The second home he did just as thorough of an inspection, explaining everything to me clearly as he went, which I appreciated greatly, and the final report was very detailed and precise. He used a thermal imager on almost every surface of the house to check for any potential insulation issues, water damage, etc. I would highly recommend him, he was excellent.
